The autonomous continuous roller-conveyor shot-blasting system developed by our company has successfully passed factory acceptance testing and has now been officially shipped to the customer's site!
This equipment is designed primarily for surface cleaning and rust removal on I-beams, steel plates, and various steel structural components. Featuring a fully automated roller-conveyor system, the unit ensures a continuous workflow—including automatic feeding, shot blasting, and unloading—thereby eliminating the need for manual part flipping. Processing speeds reach an impressive 3–8 meters per minute. The resulting surface finish meets the Sa2.5 standard, offering a uniform roughness profile that fully complies with technical requirements for subsequent painting and anti-corrosion coating applications.
Key features of the standard configuration include:
High-manganese steel liners combined with alloy-steel blast wheel vanes ensure exceptional wear resistance, durability, and an extended service life.
A pulse-jet cartridge dust collection system keeps dust emissions below statutory limits, guaranteeing full compliance with environmental standards.
The PLC-based (Programmable Logic Controller) automated control system features one-touch start/stop functionality, ensuring ease of operation and low maintenance costs.
The equipment in this shipment is destined for a major steel fabrication facility, where it will be used for the serial pre-treatment of components for bridges, industrial facilities, and heavy steel structures. At every stage—from design and manufacturing to commissioning—we consistently adhere to our product creation philosophy based on the principles of stability, efficiency, and energy conservation, ensuring that every piece of equipment we supply delivers real value to our customers.
