This process achieves the desired roughness and improves the aesthetic appearance of the workpiece. Additionally, the shot blasting action can modify the compressive stress of the workpiece, thereby increasing its overall lifespan.

The hanger type shot blasting machine is considered a standard model within the shot blasting machine category. It typically features a working cylinder with a diameter ranging from 900 to 1300 mm and a height between 1300 to 2200 mm. The machine can be equipped with 2-7 blast wheels, depending on the specific requirements. With a maximum load capacity of 10,000 kg, it offers high production efficiency and flexibility in handling various workpiece sizes and shapes.

Operating the hanger type shot blasting machine is straightforward and user-friendly. Operators simply load the workpiece onto the machine, press the start button, and within a short timeframe (typically 5-7 minutes), the entire cleaning process is completed.
