Protección anticorrosiva de productos de acero

La línea de pretratamiento integra el calentamiento (secado), granallado, recubrimiento y secado de piezas (como chapas de acero, perfiles, tubos o estructuras de acero) dentro de una línea de producción automática.

Cuando transcurre un plazo prolongado de fabricación o almacenamiento entre el granallado y el recubrimiento final, la línea de pretratamiento constituye la opción ideal. Para evitar la reaparición de óxido, se aplica una imprimación para soldadura que otorga resistencia a la corrosión durante varias semanas.

El ancho de las chapas puede alcanzar los 6000 mm y la velocidad de paso varía entre 1,0 m/min y 8,0 m/min.

Flujo de proceso

La pieza avanza por el transportador de rodillos de entrada hasta el precalentador. Se calienta y se seca antes de ingresar a la máquina de granallado. Después del granallado, se aplica el recubrimiento dentro de la cabina de pulverización y, a continuación, la pieza terminada se traslada a la cabina de secado. El transportador de lamas conduce las piezas hacia la salida de la mesa de rodillos. Allí se retiran las piezas o se envían al sistema logístico posterior mediante un transportador transversal.

Entrada del transportador de rodillos

La primera unidad es el transportador de rodillos de entrada. Las chapas y perfiles se depositan en este punto y se introducen al proceso de tratamiento. El transportador de rodillos de entrada puede equiparse con un transportador transversal para optimizar la eficiencia o conectarse a un sistema logístico.

Precalentador

Se utiliza para eliminar la humedad residual. Generalmente se sitúa antes de la máquina de granallado, para garantizar que la pieza esté seca antes de entrar en la cabina de granallado. El producto también se calienta hasta alcanzar la temperatura necesaria para que la imprimación se seque rápidamente.

El precalentador instalado delante de la máquina de granallado hace que la chapa o el perfil tarden más en llegar a la entrada de la cabina de pulverización. Esto compensa los picos de temperatura inevitables y evita daños en la imprimación.

Ventaja: Maximiza la transferencia de calor al material con un consumo mínimo de gas. El quemador de tubo largo (varilla de combustión que atraviesa el precalentador con cientos de llamas independientes) incide directamente sobre la pieza, combinado con la circulación de aire caliente mediante ventiladores sincronizados de alta velocidad (hasta aproximadamente 250 °C). La cantidad regulable de quemadores de tubo largo permite ajustar fácilmente el rendimiento de calentamiento y evita que el precalentador tenga dimensiones excesivas.

Máquina de granallado

La máquina de granallado con transportador de rodillos es el equipo clave de la línea de pretratamiento. La pieza (chapa, perfil o tubo) atraviesa la máquina para eliminar óxido y costra de laminación. Todos los equipos están dotados de turbinas de granallado HAOPIN de alto rendimiento y fácil mantenimiento. Según los requisitos específicos, se pueden modificar las turbinas y su posición, logrando una limpieza completa de la pieza bajo un proceso seguro, para que el acabado superficial cumpla con el nivel de preparación reconocido internacionalmente según la norma ISO 8501‑1.

Para una protección anticorrosiva avanzada, normalmente se requiere una preparación superficial Sa 2,5 mediante granallado. En determinados casos se exige el grado Sa 3, lo que implica reducir notablemente la velocidad de trabajo (aproximadamente un 50 %).

Generalmente se utilizan granallas esféricas de acero para obtener una rugosidad superficial de Rz 40‑80 μm aproximadamente.
