Proceso

La máquina granalladora de cinta de malla metálica KNNJOO se puede optimizar e integrar en su proceso de producción. La pieza se puede tomar directamente del transportador para someterla a un granallado continuo. Una cinta de malla de acero al manganeso transporta la pieza hasta la cámara de granallado. Las turbinas de granallado de alta eficiencia se instalan con un ángulo específico orientado hacia la pieza; incluso las piezas de forma compleja pueden granallarse de forma segura durante el recorrido continuo. El número y la potencia de las turbinas de granallado, así como la velocidad de paso de las piezas, se pueden seleccionar según el efecto de granallado requerido. La velocidad de procesamiento configurada se integra sin problemas en su línea de producción existente.

Limpieza por granallado

Durante el proceso de granallado, se generan polvo, granallas rotas y otras partículas sólidas o contaminantes procedentes del óxido y la cascarilla eliminados de la pieza. Estas partículas se separan en la unidad de recuperación de granallas, que se puede ajustar según el tipo y tamaño del medio de granallado. La unidad de recuperación de granallas está compuesta por un separador de impacto y un colector de polvo de cartuchos filtrantes. El separador de impacto extrae las partículas de las granallas y funciona como supresor de chispas certificado, cumpliendo la normativa ATEX. El filtro de cartucho genera la presión negativa necesaria para extraer el polvo y se puede instalar de forma independiente al lado de la máquina granalladora. El colector de polvo se limpia automáticamente mediante pulsos de aire comprimido, con intensidad y duración regulables. Todos los componentes del colector de polvo tienen propiedades ignífugas. De forma alternativa, se puede emplear una unidad de depuración húmeda para la extracción de polvo cuando sea necesario, muy utilizada en la fundición a presión de aleaciones de aluminio.
