The roller-type shot blasting machine offers the following advantages:
**Special transport method.** The roller-type shot blasting machine utilizes internal transport rollers. A key feature of these rollers is the high-friction surface of the conveyor line. In short, the frictional force on the surface is substantial, preventing the material from slipping or drifting off course.
**Roller protection mechanism.** Without a protection mechanism, the conveyor line could easily deteriorate or even break. The machine features limit rings that ensure the workpiece travels along a specific path, effectively preventing material deviation.
**Specialized bearings.** The machine employs external spherical bearings with square housings, allowing for automatic vibration adjustment. The bearings compensate for any vibrations occurring during the shot blasting process.
**Cleaning process.** During operation, an electrically controlled variable-speed roller system transports the steel structure or steel components into the machine's blast chamber. Here, all surfaces are subjected to a powerful, dense stream of abrasive media (shot) from various coordinated directions. This rapidly removes mill scale, rust, and dirt, resulting in a steel surface with a uniform finish and a specific roughness profile. Workpieces are loaded and unloaded via the entry and exit rollers located on either side of the blast chamber.
