Aplicación

Este tipo de máquina de limpieza es adecuada para la limpieza superficial o el tratamiento de refuerzo de piezas de fundición y forja de tamaño pequeño y mediano en sectores como fundición, construcción, química, electricidad y máquinas‑herramienta. Es especialmente indicada para la limpieza superficial y el granallado de piezas de fundición, forja y elementos estructurales de acero de múltiples variedades y lotes pequeños, con el fin de eliminar restos de arena, núcleos de arena y escamas de óxido sobre la superficie de la pieza. También sirve para la limpieza y refuerzo superficial de piezas tratadas térmicamente, y resulta ideal para limpiar piezas alargadas y de pared delgada que no soportan choques mecánicos.

Principio de funcionamiento

Durante el funcionamiento, una vez finalizados los trabajos preparatorios (sistema de desempolvado, elevador, transportador de tornillo sin fin, etc.), el equipo entra en operación normal. En primer lugar, el gancho desciende para izar la pieza, se eleva hasta una posición determinada y entra en la cámara de granallado por la vía de rodadura. Al llegar a la posición predefinida, se detiene y empieza a girar. A continuación se cierra la compuerta de la cámara de granallado, se activa la turbina de granallado y se abre la compuerta de proyección para iniciar el tratamiento de la pieza. El proceso se repite hasta finalizar el trabajo, tras lo cual se apagan los componentes en orden secuencial.
