Soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidadesLa serie HPS dispone de modelos de distintas dimensiones, aptos para funcionamiento reversible o de paso continuo, y se puede equipar con 2, 3 o 4 turbinas de granallado. Cuando la máquina de granallado de catenaria entra en modo de trabajo, se selecciona el programa automático; se activan el sistema de recuperación de granalla y el sistema de extracción de polvo. El sistema de cadena acumuladora introduce las piezas de trabajo en la cámara de granallado. El primer grupo de turbinas de granallado se arranca de forma secuencial, mientras que el segundo grupo se pone en marcha con retardo para evitar el disparo al vacío.

El elevador portapiezas, cargado con las piezas, es impulsado por el conjunto motriz de la cadena acumuladora y avanza a velocidad constante. Al mismo tiempo, las turbinas generan un haz abanico de granalla proyectada a alta velocidad, que incide de forma uniforme sobre la superficie de la pieza para efectuar su limpieza.

La granalla proyectada cae sobre el mecanismo de empuje por tornillo sin fin situado en el fondo de la cámara de granallado. El tornillo sin fin transporta la granalla hasta la base del elevador de cangilones, el cual la eleva hacia el separador de criba helicoidal superior. Los componentes de menor peso se expulsan por el conducto de desecho y caen en el contenedor de residuos. El polvo es aspirado directamente por el sistema de desempolvado y retenido en los cartuchos filtrantes dentro de la cámara de filtración. Gracias al sistema de limpieza por retrochoque de pulso del desempolvador, el polvo desprendido cae en la caja recolectora de polvo, la cual debe vaciarse periódicamente.
