The Suspension Chain Type shot blasting machine is used for shot blasting of the outer surface of the Lpg Gas Cylinder. The cleaned work piece has no rust, scale, etc., so that the surface of the work piece has metallic luster and eliminates the internal stress of the work piece. The cleaning machine is a continuous chain shot blasting machine.

The specific work process is as follows:

Loading part →→ shot blasting →→ unloading part

The operator places the work piece on the spreader (user-made) at the loading station. Under the driving of the conveyor chain, the work piece enters the cleaning chamber. When entering the shot blasting area, the blast wheel performs shot blasting on the outer surface of the work piece. The work piece is cleaned while walking, and finally the work piece is transported out of the shot blasting chamber to the unloading station.
