The working principle of shot blasting machine dust removal system mainly includes the following steps:
“Forced draft system”: The dust collector of the shot blasting machine directs the air containing dust and impurities into the dust collector through the forced draft system. The forced draft system includes fans and air ducts. The air flow created by the fans sucks air and dust into the dust collector.
Filter Equipment: The dust collector is equipped with filter equipment such as filter bags, filter cartridges, filter elements, etc. to catch and separate dust. This filter equipment traps dust and large impurities on the filter mesh under the action of the filter mesh.
“Vibration Mechanism”: There is a vibration mechanism inside the dust collector to remove dust and contaminants from the filter. The vibration mechanism usually consists of a motor and a vibrator. By adjusting the frequency and amplitude of vibration, dust is shaken off the filter.
"Cleaning equipment": Cleaning equipment mainly includes compressed air cleaning system and bag back-blowing equipment. The compressed air cleaning system supplies compressed air to remove fallen dust and impurities from the dust container. Bag blowing equipment removes dust and impurities stuck to the filter bag by blowing air or air flow.
“Emissions”: the air, after being cleared of dust particles, is released through the outlet. The emitted gas contains only traces of dust, which complies with emission standards.
