Malfunction 1: Low separation efficiency
Symptom: Excessive impurities in the shot; unsatisfactory shot blasting results.
Causes: Insufficient airflow volume, incorrect airflow velocity, or damage/clogging of the separator's internal structure.
Solution: Check the fan's operating status and adjust airflow volume and velocity; clean or repair the separator's internal structure to ensure unobstructed flow.
Malfunction 2: Shot recirculation
Symptom: Separated shot flows back into the separator.
Causes: Incorrect separator outlet angle or clogged air duct.
Solution: Adjust the separator outlet angle; clean the air duct to remove the blockage.
Malfunction 3: Shot clogging
Symptom: Shot accumulates inside the separator and fails to flow properly.
Causes: Damp/sticky shot or foreign objects causing a jam.
Solution: Keep the shot dry, remove foreign objects, and dry the shot if necessary.
Malfunction 4: Abnormal separator vibration
Symptom: Excessive vibration amplitude or abnormal noise from the separator.
Causes: Unstable installation or loose internal components.
Solution: Secure the installation components; check for and tighten any loose internal parts.
Malfunction 5: Airflow adjustment failure
Symptom: Unable to change airflow volume using the adjustment mechanism.
Causes: Malfunction of the airflow adjustment device or control system error.
Solution: Repair the airflow adjustment device; check and repair the control system.
