The purpose of this machine is to clean coiled wire rods by using the shot blasting process. It effectively removes oxide scale and surface scale layers formed during steel rolling. The shot blasting process achieves a surface derusting grade of Sa2.5 and a surface roughness grade of Ra6.3-12.5μm on the round billet.
Compared to traditional pickling treatment methods, this machine offers several advantages. Firstly, it is more economical and cost-effective. The machine features a unique design with a "rotating gate + double cantilever shaft" carrying plate for the round wire material. The cantilever shaft, made of special alloy steel, allows the wire to undergo a compound action during the shot blasting process, including "up and down + left and right swing + positive and negative rotation." This compound action ensures thorough cleaning of the wire.

The purpose of the machine
