The main functional components of this machine are cleaning room, conveying roller table, shot blasting device, shot circulation system (including hoist, separator, screw conveyor and blasting pipeline), dust removal, electrical control and other components (see general picture).
1. Cleaning room
(1) Structure The cleaning chamber is a large-capacity plate type box-shaped welding structure. The inner wall of the chamber is lined with a wear-resistant protective plate. The cleaning operation is carried out in a closed chamber.
A. Wear-resistant protective plate protects the chamber wall from abrasion and prolongs the service life of the chamber.
B. Make full use of the projectile rebound function to continue to effectively hit the surface of the workpiece, which is beneficial to improve the cleaning quality and efficiency.
C. There is a spacious maintenance door on the cleaning room, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of indoor wearing parts. A safety interlock switch is installed above the door. The shot blasting device can only be started after the door is closed.
D. The wear-resistant protective plate in the cleaning room is bolted with wear-resistant cover-casting nuts to protect the head of the bolt from damage and easy to disassemble and replace.
E. The inlet and outlet of the cleaning room are equipped with sealed baffles to maintain a better sealing effect.
(2) Adjust, use and maintain safety
A. Shot blasting indoor guard plates and cast nuts are vulnerable parts. Check their wear before operation and replace them in time to prevent damage to the chamber wall. When installing guard plates, pay attention to leaving no gap at the joint.
B. The rubber guard plate used for cleaning the indoor seal is a vulnerable part. If damaged, it should be replaced and repaired in time to prevent projectiles and dust from spilling.
c. During work, the door on any part is never allowed to be opened, and the rubber guard used for cleaning the indoor seal is not allowed to be opened or removed.
d. When you need to enter the cleaning room for maintenance and adjustment of various parts, you must cut off the power supply and list it for warning.
2. Conveying roller
The conveying roller table is divided into feeding mechanism, feeding roller table, discharging roller table, unloading mechanism, unloading limit device, etc. The roller table adopts tapered roller and is placed obliquely at a certain angle, so that the cleaned pipe can be rotated forward (frequency control can be used).
A. The feeding mechanism is mainly used for feeding. It consists of a feeding frame, a turning frame, a guide wheel, a tie rod, a cylinder for front and rear movement of the frame, and a turning cylinder. Manually put the workpiece on the turning frame, the cylinder moves forward and backward to push the frame forward to the loading station, and the turning cylinder acts to pull the turning frame to deflect the workpiece into the tapered roller of the feeding roller, and the workpiece rotates forward. After completely withdrawing from the loading station, the frame moves the cylinder back and forth, the frame returns to the original position and the cylinder moves, the flip frame stands up, and the above operations are repeated.
B. The in and out roller table is mainly for conveying the workpiece. It is composed of brackets, driving mechanisms, rollers and other mechanisms, and its conveying speed can be adjusted according to needs to ensure the continuity of cleaning.
C. The unloading mechanism is mainly used for unloading. It consists of unloading frame, turning frame, turning cylinder and so on. After cleaning, the sucker rod moves forward and hits the discharge limiter, and the discharge turnover cylinder action drives the turnover frame to turn the workpiece out of the discharge roller cone roller.
(2) Adjustment and use
A. Most of the failures of the roller table are caused by excessive load. The load must be strictly controlled, and it is strictly forbidden to stack steel and workpieces on the roller table.
B. The slipping phenomenon occurs when conveying the workpiece, which is generally caused by mechanical collision. Check whether it collides with the wall of the chamber, etc., and troubleshoot in time.
This machine is manufactured with Swiss GF technology.
A. The hoist cover is bent into shape.
B. The upper and lower belt pulleys of the same diameter of the hoist adopt the ribs, the wheel plate and the hub to form a polygonal structure to enhance friction, avoid slipping, and extend the life of the belt.
C. Open the cover on the middle shell of the hoist to repair and replace the hopper and the overlap belt.
D. Open the cover on the lower shell of the elevator to eliminate the blockage of the bottom projectile.
E. Adjust the bolts on both sides of the upper shell of the hoist to drive the pull plate to move up and down to maintain the tightness of the hoist belt.
F. The upper and lower pulleys adopt outer spherical ball bearings with square seats, which can be adjusted automatically when subjected to vibration and impact, with good sealing performance.
(2) Adjustment and use
A. When the belt slips during the operation of the hoist, adjust the tensioning device or check whether the hoist is overloaded.
B. Adjust the bolts on both sides of the upper shell to drive the pull plate to move up and down to maintain the tightness of the belt.
C. The tightness and sag of the drive chain of the hoist should be 2%-4% of the center distance of the sprocket.
(1) Structural principle
This separator is made with Swiss GF technology. It is mainly composed of transmission mechanism, screw conveyor separation device, etc. It has a two-stage separation function (a mixture of projectiles and rust sand dust). The pellet dust mixture is sent to the upper part of the separator by the elevator to evenly distribute the pellet dust mixture, and a curtain is formed through the seam, so that the airflow passes through the curtain in the direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the curtain to wash the pellet dust. The mixture of projectiles and waste materials fall into different channels according to their specific gravity, and the pure and qualified projectiles enter the hopper for use by the shot blasting machine. The unseparated mixture flows into the hoist and is re-separated; the fine dust is sucked into the dust removal system, and the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the particulate dust is captured and collected.
(2) Adjustment and use
a. Properly adjust the gap of each adjustment plate to control the uniform fabric of the curtain and obtain the best separation effect.
b. There is an air volume adjustment plate at the junction of the air outlet of the separator and the pipe of the dust collector, which must be adjusted to an appropriate position to ensure that useful projectiles are not dropped into the waste bucket.
c. Qualified projectiles enter the hopper through the separator sieve, effectively blocking the entry of larger materials and ensuring the safe operation of the shot blasting device.
5. Pill delivery mechanism
The pill delivery pipeline is controlled by a pneumatic gate. Its flow can be controlled.
6. Screw conveyor
A. Use the worm gear reducer of Hangzhou Reducer Factory.
B. There is a cover plate for maintenance on the screw conveyor.
C. The outer spherical ball bearing with square seat is adopted, which can automatically adjust when subjected to vibration and impact, and has good sealing performance.
(2) Adjustment and use
A. Excessive projectiles in the screw conveyor groove will increase the starting torque, and equipment failure should be eliminated in time.
B. The screw shaft should rotate flexibly after installation, and there should be no jamming with the screw conveying groove.
7. Shot blasting device
Introducing the American PANGBORN technology, the QH400 single-disc curved blade shot blasting machine manufactured by our company, the main shaft cantilever is supported on the housing, has low vibration and good balance. It is the most advanced high-level shot blasting machine in China today. Compared with straight blades, it has the following advantages:

(5) It is simple and convenient to replace the blade.
Adjustment and use
A. Adjustment of the projectile belt (refer to the attached picture): First place the workpiece in the projectile belt area and close the projectile gate, stop the roller conveyor, only open the blasting device, manually put a small amount of projectiles into the flow blasting tube, and wait for the blasting device After stopping the rotation, check whether the position of the workpiece to be tossed is appropriate, and if it is not ideal, test the upper and lower deflection directional sleeves to determine if necessary.
B. The uneven wear of the impeller will make the high-speed rotating shot blaster vibrate severely, so check the wear of the blades before each shift. If the blade appears deep groove or half worn, replace the blade. All blades must be replaced in pairs and symmetrically. The weight difference between the two blades is not more than 5g, and the uneven torque is less than 1250g·mm. Replace the blade.
C. When there is a deep groove inside the directional sleeve, the window of the directional sleeve is worn away by about 10mm and then replaced (refer to the figure).
D. Replace the working surface of the pill wheel if it wears more than 3mm.
E. If the protective plate of the shot blaster cover is severely worn, it should be replaced in time to prevent the cover from being broken down.
F. Check the reading of the ammeter, it should indicate the proper projectile flow.
G. When the shot blasting device does not completely stop rotating or cut off the power supply, it is not allowed to open the shot blasting device cover.
8. Dust removal system
A complete ventilation and dust removal system can be formed by the combination of dust removal pipes, dust collectors, fans and air ducts for this machine.
There are air volume adjustment gates at the chamber body and the air outlet of the separator, and the air volume can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The working principle, main technical performance parameters, installation and debugging and operation and maintenance instructions of the FSB56 dust collector are shown in the dust collector manual.
