The catenary shot blasting machine is suitable for shot blasting of large quantities of small and medium workpieces. The workpiece can run continuously or step by step along with the hoisting chain, or adopt advanced accumulation and push catenary conveying work, so that the workpiece is in a stopped state in the loading and unloading and shot blasting areas to realize the fixed-point loading and unloading and the fixed-point shot blasting process. The hoisting weight is 50-2000kg, and the production efficiency is high, the operation is reliable, and the cleaning effect is particularly good for the surface and the inner cavity of the workpiece, such as the engine cylinder block and the motor shell. It is an ideal choice for industries such as automobiles, tractors, diesel engines, motors, and valves.

The specific work process is as follows:

Loading part →→ shot blasting →→ unloading part

The operator places the work piece on the spreader (user-made) at the loading station. Under the driving of the conveyor chain, the work piece enters the cleaning chamber. When entering the shot blasting area, the blast wheel performs shot blasting on the outer surface of the work piece. The work piece is cleaned while walking, and finally the work piece is transported out of the shot blasting chamber to the unloading station.
