The mesh belt-through shot blasting machine uses a conveyor belt as the carrier of the workpiece. The conveyor belt is divided into two ways: steel mesh belt and wear-resistant rubber belt. One end of the shot blasting chamber is a loading station, and the other end is an unloading station. When working, the parts are placed on the conveyor belt at the loading station, and the conveyor belt slowly enters the shot blasting room for shot blasting cleaning, and then sent to the unloading station to remove the workpiece. The characteristics of this machine are: continuous work, no collision, suitable for small and medium parts, and large production batches. During the shot blasting operation, the shot blasted steel shot falls to the bottom of the shot blasting chamber, and is conveyed to the bottom of the elevator by the screw pusher, and then the steel shot is lifted to the top sorter by the elevator belt assembly. The sorter is powered by the dust collector to screen the recovered steel shots. The purpose is to separate the broken steel shot and dust during the shot blasting process. Through the sorter, the qualified steel shot will directly enter the storage bin above the shot blasting device, ready for reuse. The broken steel shot will be separated out and fall into the waste barrel through the bypass sand pipe. The dust is directly sucked away by the dust removal system, adsorbed on the filter cartridge in the dust removal chamber, and the dust is shaken by the pulse blowback system of the dust collector, and falls into the dust collection box. It needs to be cleaned in time (optional water dust collector: The water mist is fused at high speed and sprayed to the inner wall, flows into the dust collecting tank through the chamber body to form sludge, and then is discharged from the body through the sewage mechanism)

The machine body is welded by steel plate and section steel, and the inner side is made of wear-resistant steel plate as the guard plate. The guard plate near the main throwing chamber is installed obliquely to the main throwing chamber.
The outer side of the wear-resistant protective plate is a dark air duct, which is used to evenly suck dust-containing gas and settle steel shots. The bulletproof door curtain adopts a sandwich wear-resistant rubber vertical curtain.
