Generally, the workpiece conveying system of a satellite turntable shot blasting machine (KDT sandblasting machine) includes a precision indexing turntable and several individually driven satellites. The turntable is divided into the following three areas:

1) Loading area

2) The entrance and exit shot the curtain to avoid shooting escape, and

3) Shot blasting area.

Symmetrical workpieces can be loaded and unloaded manually or automatically, while other workpieces are sandblasted at the same time. At the same time, the shot blasted workpiece has no dust and spray in the exit area, and the machine performs the final indexing movement.

The rotating satellite in the shot blasting area ensures uniform movement of the workpiece. Automatic indexing and workpiece rotation provide short cycle time and best shot blasting effect. After the preset shot blasting time expires, the machine indexes one position forward. A new shot blasting cycle begins.

KDT sandblasting machine has shot blasting device arranged vertically or horizontally. The machine can be combined with a robot for loading/unloading and workpiece or processing without any problems.
