The shot blasting machine has a shot separation system which is composed of a separator screw, a shot separator, a silo and an exhaust pipe.
The pellets flow from the bucket elevator into the separation and conveying screw, and the sundries (oxidized skin, broken pellets, complete pellets, dust, etc.) in the pellet-sand mixture are taken away by the spiral blades in the separator screen cylinder. The spiral will distribute the shot-sand mixture evenly along the separator, thus forming a state of full flow curtain, and entering the following sorting stage. At this time, the exhaust hole of the dust collector fan draws air to effectively separate the complete projectiles from the oxide skin fragments, broken projectiles and dust. Complete projectiles go into the pellet silo for reuse.Adjusting the vertical baffle and the horizontal baffle can change the thickness and running track of the cloth layer, and adjust the baffle in the separation area to obtain a good separation effect.
Separation can be more convenient for the staff who clean up the waste. The waste thrown by the shot blasting machine is fully distributed and separated, so that the staff also has an excellent working environment.
