During the dry run debugging, the crawler shot blasting machine should follow the following five steps
1. Before the test operation, you must be familiar with the relevant regulations in the instruction manual, and have a comprehensive understanding of the structure and performance of the equipment;
2. Before starting the machine, check whether the fasteners are loose and whether the lubrication of the machine meets the requirements;
3. The machine is required to be assembled correctly, and each component, motor, etc. should be tested for single action before starting up.
4. Check whether the no-load current, bearing temperature rise, reducer, and shot blasting amount of each motor rotate normally. If any problem is found, the cause should be identified and adjusted in time;
5. After there is no problem with the single-action equipment, the dust collector, the hoist, and the shot blasting machine can be started in sequence to carry out the idling test. The idling time is one hour
