Descripción de la máquina de granallado tipo gancho

Las máquinas de granallado tipo gancho se clasifican en modelo de gancho simple y modelo de doble gancho. El equipo de doble gancho utiliza dos ganchos para introducir las piezas en la cámara de granallado de forma alterna.

Las turbinas de granallado proyectan granallas de 0,2‑0,8 mm sobre la superficie de la pieza, para conseguir un valor de rugosidad superficial determinado, mejorar su aspecto o modificar la tensión de compresión y ampliar su vida útil.

Este modelo se emplea ampliamente en la limpieza superficial o tratamiento de refuerzo de piezas de fundición y forja de tamaño mediano y pequeño en industrias de fundición, construcción, química, eléctrica, máquinas‑herramienta, entre otras. Es adecuado para limpiar piezas alargadas y de pared delgada que no soportan impactos.

Se trata de un modelo estándar de granalladora. El diámetro del cilindro de trabajo oscila entre 900 y 1300 mm, y su altura entre 1300 y 2200 mm. La versión estándar cuenta con 2‑7 turbinas de granallado y admite una capacidad de carga máxima de 10 000 kg.

Presenta una elevada eficiencia productiva y gran versatilidad. Es un equipo ideal para limpieza y refuerzo superficial, además de fácil manejo. Basta con cargar la pieza sobre el equipo, pulsar el botón de arranque y, en muy poco tiempo (normalmente 5‑7 minutos), finaliza todo el proceso de limpieza, eliminando polvo y restos de granalla.

Está destinado principalmente al tratamiento superficial de diversas piezas de fundición, forja, soldadura y tratamiento térmico de tamaño mediano y grande, incluidas piezas frágiles y de forma irregular.

Estructura

La máquina de granallado tipo gancho es un equipo de limpieza tipo gancho. Está compuesta por la cámara de granallado, elevador, separador, transportador de tornillo, dos conjuntos de granallado, sistema de control de granalla, vía de desplazamiento de ganchos, sistema de ganchos, dispositivo de autogiro, base, sistema de eliminación de polvo y parte de control eléctrico.

Programa de trabajo

Durante el funcionamiento, una vez finalizados los preparativos (sistema de eliminación de polvo, elevador, transportador de tornillo, etc.), el equipo comienza a operar de forma normal.

En primer lugar, el gancho desciende para izar la pieza, se eleva hasta una posición determinada y entra en la cámara de granallado por la vía. Al llegar a la posición predefinida se detiene y empieza a girar. En ese momento se cierra la compuerta de la cámara, se activan los dispositivos de granallado y se abre la compuerta de suministro de granalla para iniciar el granallado de la pieza. El proceso se repite hasta finalizar el trabajo y luego se realiza el apagado secuencial.

Programa de trabajo:

  1. Puesta en marcha del sistema de eliminación de polvo

  2. Encendido del elevador

  3. Encendido del transportador de tornillo

  4. Encendido del separador

  5. El gancho carga la pieza, se eleva hasta una altura determinada y se detiene al activar el interruptor de recorrido

  6. El gancho entra en la cámara de limpieza y se detiene en la posición predefinida

  7. Se cierra la puerta de la cámara y el gancho inicia su rotación

  8. Se ponen en marcha las turbinas de granallado

  9. Se abre la compuerta de suministro de granalla y comienza la limpieza

  10. Una vez finalizada la limpieza de las piezas del gancho, se cierra la compuerta de suministro de granalla

  11. Parada de las turbinas de granallado

  12. Parada de la rotación del gancho

  13. Se abre la puerta de la cámara y el gancho sale al exterior

  14. El gancho descarga la pieza fuera de la cámara

  15. Repetir los pasos 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14

  16. Para continuar el trabajo, volver al paso 5

  17. La compuerta de suministro de granalla y los dispositivos de granallado se apagan automáticamente; se detiene la rotación del gancho, el transportador de tornillo, el separador, el colector de polvo y toda la máquina.
