Soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades

La serie HPS cuenta con modelos de distintas dimensiones, aptos para funcionamiento reversible o de paso continuo, y puede equiparse con 2, 3 o 4 turbinas de granallado.

Durante el funcionamiento de la máquina de granallado de catenaria, se selecciona el programa automático; se ponen en marcha el sistema de recuperación de granalla y el sistema de aspiración de polvo. El sistema de cadena acumuladora introduce las piezas dentro de la cámara de granallado. El primer grupo de turbinas se arranca de forma secuencial, mientras que el segundo grupo se activa con retardo para evitar el lanzamiento en vacío.

El elevador portapiezas, cargado con las piezas, es impulsado por el conjunto motriz de la cadena acumuladora y avanza a velocidad constante. Al mismo tiempo, las turbinas generan un abanico de granallas proyectadas a alta velocidad que impactan de forma uniforme sobre la superficie de la pieza para conseguir el efecto de limpieza.

Las granallas lanzadas caen sobre el mecanismo de tornillo sin fin situado en la parte inferior de la cámara de granallado. Este tornillo transporta las granallas hasta la base del elevador, el cual las eleva hasta el separador de criba helicoidal superior. Tras separar los residuos pequeños, el material pasa al separador para una segunda clasificación, mientras que las impurezas de mayor tamaño son expulsadas fuera del depósito.

Después de la clasificación del separador, las granallas en buen estado se almacenan en el depósito para su reutilización. Los finos de arena separados, junto con fragmentos de granalla de acero rotos de menor peso, son arrastrados por el ventilador de desempolvado a través del separador de aire y expulsados por el tubo de desecho hasta el contenedor de residuos.

El polvo es aspirado directamente por el sistema de desempolvado y retenido en los cartuchos filtrantes de la cámara de filtración. Mediante el sistema de limpieza por pulso inverso del colector de polvo, el polvo desprendido cae en la caja recolectora, la cual requiere una limpieza periódica.
