Overview of the Crawler-Type Shot Blasting Machine:

The crawler-type shot blasting machine is a compact cleaning unit primarily composed of a cleaning chamber, shot blasting assembly, elevator, separator, electrical system, and other components.

Operating Principle:

A specific quantity of workpieces is loaded into the cleaning chamber. Once the machine is started, the shot blasting unit propels abrasive media at high speed, creating a stream of pellets that strikes the workpiece surfaces uniformly to achieve the cleaning objective. Dust is extracted by a fan and sent to a dust collector for filtration, while clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. Dust accumulating on the filter bags is dislodged into the collection bin at the bottom of the unit via a mechanical knocking mechanism. The shot-sand mixture is recovered through a return pipe, enters the chamber body, and is recycled after passing through the separator.
