Operating Principle: A specific quantity of workpieces is loaded into the cleaning chamber. Once the machine starts, the blast wheel propels abrasive media at high speed, creating a stream that strikes the workpiece surfaces uniformly to achieve cleaning and strengthening. The spent media and debris travel to the elevator and are lifted to the separator for sorting. Dust is extracted by a fan and sent to the dust collector for filtration, while clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. Dust accumulating on the filter bags falls into the collection hopper at the bottom of the dust collector via mechanical vibration, allowing for regular removal by the user. Waste abrasive exits through the waste discharge pipe. The media is reusable; the shot-sand mixture is recovered through return pipes, enters the chamber body, and is reused after passing through the separator.
Application: The crawler-type shot blasting machine incorporates both domestic and international technologies. It is a cleaning unit characterized by excellent cleaning performance, a compact design, and low noise levels. It is used for surface rust removal or shot blasting in medium-to-large-scale batch production. Key features include:
