Start-up sequence: sequentially activate the ventilation and dust removal equipment, the main power supply, and the compressed air supply; finally, start the shot-blasting machine.
Parameter setting: adjust the shot-blasting pressure (typically 0.4–0.8 MPa), nozzle distance (15–30 cm recommended), and blast angle (vertical or 75°–90°) based on the workpiece material.
Operational control:
Move the nozzle relative to the workpiece at a steady speed to ensure uniform coverage.
Monitor air pressure and abrasive flow in real time; stop immediately if any irregularities occur.
Operation completion: once the process is finished, shut off the nozzle, wait for the equipment to come to a halt, then remove the workpiece and inspect the surface for cleanliness and roughness.
