1. The shot blasting machine operator must be professionally trained on the equipment; a designated person shall be assigned to operate it. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from using the equipment without authorization.
2. Before starting the machine, carefully check that all equipment components are in the correct position and ensure all lubrication points are properly lubricated.
3. Operating steps: Start dust removal system → Load workpiece onto hook → Move hook into blasting chamber → Close doors → Automatically engage hook lift → Start shot blasting machine → Open shot supply system → Begin cleaning operation.
4. Special precautions:
a. Moving the hook in or out must only be done when the overhead rail is connected.
b. Adjust the timer relay only after turning on the power switch.
c. Do not activate the shot supply system before starting the shot blasting machine.
d. Once the machine is running, personnel must stay clear of the front and sides to prevent injury from stray shot or debris.
5. The dust removal and pulse-cleaning motors must be run for 5 minutes before shutting down at the end of the day.
6. Dust in the collector must be thoroughly cleaned out every weekend.
7. Before leaving work each day, clean the machine surface and surrounding area, turn off the power supply, and lock the electrical control cabinet.
8. The equipment hook has a load capacity of 1000 kg; overloading is strictly prohibited.
9. If any equipment abnormality is detected during operation, the machine must be shut down and repaired immediately; operating a malfunctioning machine is strictly prohibited.
